Description
The Construction Site Manager is responsible for the full follow-up, optimization, and delivery of one or more construction sites, including daily on-site organization, crew and resource coordination, client and subcontractor communication, problem-solving, and reporting to the Project Manager. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Construction, a master's degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience, a valid VCA VOL certificate, and strong organizational, proactive, and pressure-management skills.
