The Construction Site Manager / HVAC Project Manager will oversee HVAC installation projects from preparation through final acceptance, coordinating clients, owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Responsibilities include planning on-site work, reviewing technical plans, monitoring progress, quality, safety and profitability, leading technicians and subcontractors, managing materials and administrative reports, resolving technical issues, and organizing testing, commissioning and acceptance. The role requires HVAC, air-conditioning or electromechanical training or equivalent experience, relevant construction or technical management experience, HVAC system knowledge, technical-plan interpretation, and autonomous project-management ability.
