The Site Manager is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and monitoring daily work on assigned construction sites, working with internal departments, clients, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors, and reporting to the project manager. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience, a VCA VOL certificate or willingness to obtain one, and strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
