Description
Enpal is hiring a Construction Site Manager to take operational responsibility for construction sites, lead and develop the operational team, manage workforce scheduling and ongoing site follow-up, control and analyze KPIs, support on-site employee onboarding, and develop quality-compliant processes. The role requires several years of experience in operations, construction site management, logistics, or a comparable operational environment, along with leadership, communication, resilience, and prioritization skills. It is based in Berlin-Friedrichshain and uses a hybrid working model.
