Description
GEBA Generalbau GmbH is hiring a Construction Site Manager to independently prepare, manage, and monitor construction projects from planning through completion. The role coordinates site operations, trades, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, architects, and other stakeholders; monitors schedules, quality, costs, progress, inspections, handovers, invoices, and billing; and contributes to scheduling, tendering, and problem solving. The position is based in Leipzig and the surrounding area, offers a permanent contract, and requires civil engineering or comparable technical training, construction-site-management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and a Class B driver's license.
