GOLDBECK Nordost GmbH is hiring a Construction Site Manager for technical building equipment (TGA) in Magdeburg. The role manages construction projects across regional, industrial, and commercial sectors, monitoring quantity, quality, schedule, and costs; supporting technical procurement and subcontractor tendering; handling construction-service billing; coordinating with project and construction management teams during phases 5–7; and supporting warranty-period customer service. Candidates need completed training as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or a degree in building services or a related subject, several years of construction-management experience, knowledge of building services and VOB/HOAI phases 5–7, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
