The employer is hiring a Construction Site Manager for district heating in Münster to independently plan, control, and manage construction projects. The role coordinates construction sites, crews, and subcontractors; prepares measurement reports, invoices, and variations; monitors schedule, cost, and quality; coordinates with clients and authorities; and oversees occupational safety and personnel management. Candidates should have civil engineering or related training, several years of construction or project management experience, knowledge of district heating or pipeline networks, and familiarity with measurement reporting, invoicing, VOB, and MS Office.
