The employer is hiring a Construction Site Manager for district heating projects in Essen. The role independently plans, manages, and executes construction projects; coordinates sites, crews, and subcontractors; prepares quantity measurements, invoices, and change orders; monitors schedule, cost, and quality; and manages client, authority, occupational safety, and personnel matters. Candidates should have civil engineering or construction-technician training, several years of construction or project management experience, knowledge of district heating or pipeline networks, and experience with quantity measurement, invoicing, and change orders.
