The FOURTEENONE Group is hiring a Construction Site Manager for network construction and cable technology in Dresden. The role plans and supervises telecommunications systems, ensures cost-effective project execution, conducts site walkthroughs and acceptance inspections, manages installation teams and subcontractors, handles material planning and customer communication, and ensures quality, regulatory, and occupational health and safety compliance. Candidates need vocational training in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or civil engineering, relevant fiber-optic or cable work experience, strong communication and German skills, MS Office knowledge, the ability to work at heights, and a Category B driver’s license.
