Description
The Property Supervisor leads on-site construction management and integrally planned structural and interior fit-out projects, acting as site leader and independently managing a diverse project team. The role takes responsibility for costs and results, coordinates with architecture, structural engineering, HVAC, plumbing, electrical engineering, and external planning partners, and uses BIM in the integrative planning process. It requires a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification, at least 10 years of experience across all service phases on mid-sized to large projects, knowledge of planning principles and regulations, software proficiency, and a strong sense of responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality. The position is primarily on-site with flexible working hours and hybrid working.
