Description
The employer is seeking several Construction Site Managers / Property Supervisors to manage renovation construction sites for a housing construction company. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating sites, commissioning subcontractors, enforcing quality standards, communicating with subcontractors and clients, approving change orders, handing over completed sites, and meeting deadlines. Applicants need completed vocational training in a skilled trade, a driver’s license, German language skills, and reliability and teamwork; work experience is desirable.
