Ingenieurbüro Nordhorn GmbH & Co. KG is hiring a Construction Site Manager / Property Supervisor for major building-services projects in Berlin. The role independently manages and controls challenging projects, supervises schedules, costs, quality, construction activities, compliance, documentation, meetings, commissioning, acceptance, and defect rectification, and coordinates with clients, planners, architects, and executing companies. Candidates need a relevant engineering or HVAC/ELT qualification, at least five years of construction-supervision experience, knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and technical regulations, project-coordination experience, German negotiation skills, and familiarity with MS Office and AVA software.
