KG is hiring a Construction Site Manager to independently manage road and civil engineering construction projects from technical preparation through final acceptance. The role plans and coordinates personnel, equipment, and materials; controls budgets and deadlines; leads the site team; coordinates subcontractors and the client; ensures quality and safety; documents progress; prepares quantities; and supports project billing. Candidates need a civil engineering degree or comparable qualification, construction technician status, cost awareness, strong communication, a Class B driver’s license, and fluent German.
