Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager – Road and Civil Engineering to independently manage and execute regional road and civil engineering projects in Westerstede. Responsibilities include overseeing asphalt, sewer, pipeline, and paving work; coordinating crews, subcontractors, authorities, and project partners; preparing quantity measurements and supporting invoicing; monitoring costs; ensuring quality and occupational safety; and applying German construction regulations. The role requires several years of relevant project-management experience, a civil engineering degree or comparable qualification, knowledge of German construction practices, and German language skills at B2–C1 level.
