Description
The client is hiring a Construction Site Manager, Shell-and-Core Construction (m/f/d) for data-center construction in Cologne. The role manages construction processes, schedules, quality, costs, safety, documentation, inspections, and interfaces between construction trades, building services engineering, fire protection, and commissioning. It requires a construction, architecture, or comparable qualification, several years of complex industrial or turnkey construction experience, data-center or critical-infrastructure experience, strong coordination and regulatory knowledge, and willingness to travel four days per week. The position offers a company car, one day per week working from home, 31 days of vacation, retirement provision, and an annual salary of up to €100,000.
