The client is hiring a Construction Site Manager specializing in shell-and-core data center construction for direct placement on a permanent contract. The role manages construction processes, schedules, quality, costs, safety, compliance, inspections, and coordination among building trades, TGA, fire protection, and commissioning. Candidates need a construction, architecture, or comparable qualification, several years of experience with complex industrial, infrastructure, or turnkey projects, and data center or critical infrastructure experience. The position is based in Frankfurt am Main, offers one day per week of working from home, and provides an annual salary of up to €100,000.
