Description
The client is hiring a Construction Site Manager, Shell Construction, focused on data center construction, for direct placement on a permanent contract in the Siegen area. The role manages construction workflows, schedules, quality, costs, safety, documentation, inspections, and coordination of building trades and interfaces with building services engineering, fire protection, and commissioning. Candidates need a construction, architecture, or comparable qualification, several years of experience with complex industrial, infrastructure, or turnkey projects, data-center or critical-infrastructure experience, strong interface coordination, knowledge of German construction regulations and contract law, and willingness to travel four days per week. The position offers a company car, one working day from home, 31 days of vacation, retirement provision, and an annual salary of up to €100,000.
