WOLFF & MÜLLER is hiring a Site Manager for Structural Shell and Turnkey Construction to independently lead and monitor construction projects while meeting schedule, cost, quality, safety, and environmental requirements. The role includes planning personnel and materials, managing subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating with clients and partners, handling change orders, coordinating construction-service invoicing, and achieving site results. Candidates need a civil engineering diploma or master’s degree or comparable technical qualification, several years of site-manager experience, knowledge of construction contract law and safety regulations, construction-specific IT knowledge, and willingness to travel.
