The role independently executes structural and shell construction projects, coordinates construction work according to technical and contractual conditions, monitors workflows, quality, schedules, site results, acceptance, and invoicing, and reports progress. It requires a civil engineering degree, preferably followed by professional experience, knowledge of construction law, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
