Description
The client is seeking a Construction Site Manager for structural shell and turnkey construction projects in the Frankfurt am Main/Rhine-Main region. The role involves planning, managing, and monitoring construction projects; coordinating construction teams and subcontractors; ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality requirements; controlling budgets and costs; and communicating with clients, architects, engineers, and other project partners. The position requires a civil engineering degree or comparable technical training, several years of relevant construction site management experience, knowledge of construction law and project management, fluent German, analytical and solution-oriented skills, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally.
