Description
La Solive offers a 12-month work-study apprenticeship to train construction site managers. The program begins with three months of in-person training at its Nantes campus, followed by nine months of practical work with a partner construction company in Cholet, with additional La Solive training every two months. Participants receive a state-recognized professional qualification, are paid the minimum wage during training, and may earn €2,100 to €2,500 per month with experience after training. Selection requires a Category B driving license, B1 French, motivation, a career plan, and comfort with digital tools and project organization.
