Description
La Solive offers a 12-month work-study apprenticeship training program for construction site managers. The program begins with three months of in-person training at its Lille campus, followed by nine months of practical work with a partner construction company in Arras, with periodic return visits to La Solive. Participants receive a state-recognized professional qualification, are paid the minimum wage during training, and may earn €2,100 to €2,500 per month with experience after training. Selection criteria include a Category B driver's license, B1 French, motivation, a career plan, and comfort with digital tools and project organization. The role may be titled Assistant Construction Site Manager, Site Foreman, Business Development Manager, Works Coordinator, or Works Manager.
