Description
La Solive offers a 12-month work-study apprenticeship for construction site managers, beginning with three months of in-person training at its Toulouse campus and followed by nine months of practical work with a partner construction company in Sète. The program covers construction systems, regulations, tendering, project supervision, administration, trade coordination, and handover, with additional skills development at La Solive every two months. Candidates need a category B driver's license, B1 French, motivation, a career plan, and comfort with digital tools and project organization. The program is paid at the minimum wage during training, with compensation of €2,100 to €2,500 per month after training, and may lead to an Assistant Construction Site Manager, Site Manager, Business Development Manager, Works Coordinator, or Works Manager role.
