Description
La Solive offers a 12-month work-study apprenticeship to train construction site managers through a combination of three months of in-person training at its Toulouse campus and nine months of practical experience with a partner construction company in Montauban. The program covers construction systems, regulations, tendering, project supervision, administration, trade coordination, and handover, with periodic return visits to La Solive. Candidates need a Category B driving license, B1 French, motivation, a career plan, and comfort with digital tools and project organization. The program is paid at the minimum wage throughout training, with compensation of €2,100 to €2,500 per month after training, and may lead to roles such as Assistant Construction Site Manager, Site Manager, Business Manager, Works Coordinator, or Works Manager.
