Description
La Solive offers a 12-month work-study apprenticeship for construction site managers, beginning with three months of in-person training at its Nanterre campus and followed by nine months of practical experience with a partner construction company in Rambouillet. The program covers construction systems, regulations, tendering, project supervision, administration, trade coordination, and handover, with additional skills development at La Solive every two months. Candidates must hold a category B driver's license, have B1 French, be motivated with a career plan, and be comfortable with digital tools and project organization. The program is paid at the minimum wage, with compensation of €2,100 to €2,500 per month.
