Description
The Construction Site Operations Trainer, reporting to the Director of Construction Site Operations, trains, coaches, evaluates, and supports construction site technicians and trainees. The role standardizes site services, conducts audits, supports client service, updates procedures, contributes to technical training programs, ensures workplace health and safety compliance, optimizes site processes, implements tools, evaluates equipment, and performs construction site technician duties when operationally required. It requires at least 10 years of relevant geotechnical and environmental construction site experience, a valid driver’s license, an ASP health and safety card, strong spoken and written French, and strong autonomy, leadership, organization, diligence, punctuality, and client focus.
