Description
The role is a construction-site project manager responsible for coordinating clients, building teams, subcontractors, and construction partners from ground-slab and basement work through house assembly, finishing, and handover. Responsibilities include project preparation, quality control, invoice approval, hourly billing, site supervision, and monitoring of construction services. The position requires a civil engineering degree or technician qualification, a foreman or master-craftsperson qualification, German language skills, willingness to travel, and a Class B driver’s license; professional experience in above-ground, single-family, or prefabricated/industrial house construction is advantageous.
