Description
The Construction Site Supervisor prepares and executes projects, coordinates and supervises crews and subcontractors, ensures occupational health and safety compliance, communicates with clients and suppliers, manages documentation and rehabilitation measures, and prepares quantity take-offs and invoices. The role requires an engineering degree or equivalent technical training, construction-site-supervision experience, MS Office knowledge, a driver’s license, and willingness to undergo onboarding in Dresden; it is based in Leipzig, Saxony and offers flexible working hours, home-office arrangements, and other benefits.
