Description
The Roadworks Site Supervisor manages day-to-day roadworks operations, coordinates staff scheduling and daily tasks, monitors equipment and supplies, enforces safety rules, and reports progress to the experienced site supervisor and project manager. The role requires a bachelor's degree in construction or industrial engineering in construction, at least five years of road construction experience including road and sewer works, and a category B driver's license. It covers sites in the Charleroi, Sambreville, Liège, or Namur region and offers a gross salary of 3,000 to 4,500 euros per month, along with a company car, hospitalization insurance, a laptop, and a company mobile phone.
