Description
The role monitors general construction sites, coordinates teams and subcontractors, ensures compliance with schedules, quality standards, and safety rules, tracks work progress, anticipates problems, and participates in site meetings. It requires initial experience monitoring construction sites, technical knowledge of the construction sector, the ability to read plans and technical documents, organizational skills, autonomy, and a solution-oriented approach. The position is based mainly on construction sites in Brussels and Walloon Brabant, offers a gross monthly salary of €3,500–€4,500, meal vouchers, a company car with fuel card, and a 40-hour workweek.
