Description
Bertrandt is hiring a Construction Site Supervisor to lead construction-site activities at its Brünzow worksite. The role coordinates personnel and subcontractors, plans and monitors work, safety, quality, costs, schedules, risks, and logistics, and serves as the primary customer contact and construction-coordination meeting chair. Candidates need an electrical or civil engineering degree, several years of professional experience, site-supervision experience in substation or comparable projects, strong EHS awareness, leadership and organizational skills, and excellent German and English proficiency.
