Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to support construction projects involving demolition, strip-out, renovation, cable installation, and general construction work. The role plans, coordinates, and supervises construction sites; manages personnel, subcontractors, and materials; ensures quality, deadlines, and costs; communicates with clients and project stakeholders; and independently organizes daily site processes. The position requires several years of site-supervision experience, technical construction knowledge, independent and structured working style, assertiveness, organizational skills, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
