SOLIDPLAN GmbH is hiring a permanent, full-time Construction Site Supervisor / Construction Manager for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing projects. The role supervises construction execution, coordinates subcontractors, checks work against technical specifications, manages defects and handovers, supports HLS system commissioning, and communicates with clients, planners, and executing companies. Candidates need relevant trade or technical training, experience in HVAC or plumbing execution, technical understanding, construction supervision and quantity surveying software expertise, independent and responsible working style, and willingness to travel to sites within approximately 150 km of Nuremberg.
