The role covers construction-plan review, schedule planning, material and equipment ordering, trade coordination, quality and dimensional checks, safety enforcement, client acceptance inspections, and subcontractor invoice review. Candidates need a degree in civil engineering, architecture, business engineering, or a comparable program, or an advanced construction qualification; solid project or construction-management experience, hands-on site experience, a class B driver’s license, very good German, and good English. The position pays €25.56 per hour and offers an option to be taken on permanently.
