Randstad is hiring an experienced construction site worker in Dessel to begin learning construction trades and progress toward machine operation, concrete pumping, or drilling supervision. The role involves supporting crews on sites throughout Belgium, working in teams of three to four, and occasionally staying away from home. Applicants need technical insight, persistence, teamwork, outdoor work experience, flexibility for long days and early starts, Dutch language proficiency, and a Category B driving licence.
