The role validates takeoffs, scopes, material and SKU matching, debugging estimation failures, running test scenarios, translating contractor feedback into product and engineering insights, and driving continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least three years of residential construction experience, one to two years in construction material purchasing or sales, blueprint takeoff experience, and familiarity with estimating platforms.
