Description
The Construction Manager will monitor design and construction contracts, schedule and coordinate commercial construction projects, prepare design proposals and construction documents, estimate renovation costs, assess building conditions, and coordinate contractors and occupant moves. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of experience in space planning, preliminary design, construction documents, construction services, and construction management, plus AutoCAD and HVAC troubleshooting experience. It is a full-time, regular 40-hour-per-week position subject to emergency deployment, with medical, vision, and dental insurance and other benefits.
