SEG, Inc. is hiring a full-time Construction Superintendent I in Hamilton, Virginia, with travel to regional jobsites as needed. The role manages day-to-day field operations, schedules, subcontractors, self-performed crews, quality, safety, inspections, documentation, change orders, punch lists, and project closeout. Candidates need an associate degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a similar field with 5–7 years of related experience, or journeyman status with 10+ years of supervisory responsibility, plus at least 5 years of commercial or institutional general contractor experience.
