Columbia Construction is hiring a full-time Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on complex commercial projects in Martha's Vineyard and Cape Cod. The role manages site safety, schedules, logistics, subcontractors, vendors, quality control, documentation, and coordination with the Project Manager, client, and field teams. Candidates need at least 8 years of relevant commercial construction experience, including 3 years as a Superintendent, along with OSHA 30 certification and scheduling software proficiency; a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred. The salary is $125,000 to $170,000.
