Description
Aleut Federal is hiring an experienced Civil Superintendent to provide hands-on field leadership for heavy civil construction projects primarily in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The role leads mass excavation, earthwork, site development, grading, underground utilities, erosion and sediment control, stormwater systems, and site restoration; directs crews, equipment operators, laborers, and subcontractors; plans sequencing and production; resolves field conflicts; and coordinates project resources. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 10 years of construction supervisory experience, federal project experience, and relevant safety and competency certifications.
