The client is hiring an experienced Construction Field Superintendent to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities for aerospace-related projects. The role manages field crews and subcontractors, project schedules, safety compliance, quality inspections, materials and equipment logistics, documentation, budgets, change orders, and project closeout. It requires at least five years of construction supervision experience, blueprint interpretation, OSHA 30 certification, leadership, scheduling software proficiency, and the ability to work on active construction sites in varying weather conditions. The position is primarily on-site with occasional office work and pays $34.08 per hour.
