BCI Construction is hiring an experienced Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial, medical, and institutional construction projects in the Central Minnesota area. The role oversees site safety, project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, quality control, materials, documentation, client communication, and project completion. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of building and construction management experience, at least three years of commercial construction experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project.
