CHAOS Industries is hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead field execution of construction, tenant improvements, and capital projects across its manufacturing, laboratory, and office facilities. The role manages general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, schedules, budgets, quality control, safety compliance, documentation, and project closeout while coordinating with facilities and EHS teams. It requires 10–15+ years of construction superintendent or equivalent field leadership experience, knowledge of building codes and permits, ability to interpret construction drawings, and regular travel across multiple sites. The stated base salary range is $120,000–$160,000.
