Description
The Commercial Construction Superintendent will lead daily on-site construction operations for a commercial construction client in the Oklahoma City area. The role oversees subcontractors, safety and quality inspections, field documentation, layout and elevation compliance, deliveries, RFIs, punch lists, and progress reporting while coordinating engineers, inspectors, owners, and field staff. It requires 5–10 years of commercial construction field experience, knowledge of PEMB, concrete, MEP, utilities, and punch management, OSHA 30 and BuilderTrend experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and U.S. work authorization.
