Description
DeLeers Construction is hiring an experienced Superintendent to serve as the on-site lead for multiple commercial projects, including office spaces, religious buildings, restaurants, and some high-end residential projects. The role coordinates with project managers, trade partners, and crew leads; oversees project safety, OSHA and company safety requirements, and completion on time and within budget; and includes some hands-on carpentry work. Candidates must have carpentry experience across framing, siding, and finish/trim work, along with problem-solving, organizational, computer, and professional communication skills. The position is based in Eagle River, Wisconsin, and includes health, dental, disability, retirement, paid time off, profit sharing, and a company truck, with a requirement for a valid driver's license and Safe Driver standards.
