Description
The Construction Assistant Superintendent will oversee the daily operation of construction projects, maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards, communicate project milestones and progress with clients and project managers, and manage subcontractors and construction-site organization. The role requires five years of superintendent experience, ground-up construction experience, healthcare-major interior remodel experience, and experience with industrial commercial, heavy civil, and structural work; healthcare construction and AHCA reviewable-project experience are preferred.
