ECBuild is hiring a Construction Superintendent in Richmond, Virginia to oversee all phases of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, quality control, safety, permits, inspections, and site logistics. The role manages Assistant Superintendent(s) and projects in the $5M-$10M range, requires 5-7 years of Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent experience, OSHA 30 certification, and familiarity with GMPs, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and scheduling software.
