Description
The Construction Superintendent manages inspections, estimates, budgets, schedules, change orders, vendor performance, and renovation projects for new residential rental home purchases and recently vacated homes. The role requires assessing home conditions, coordinating with residents and the acquisition team, negotiating vendor pricing, reviewing invoices, and monitoring project delivery. It involves indoor and outdoor work in all weather, frequent travel throughout the applicable market, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
