Description
Gideon Constructors is hiring a full-time Construction Superintendent to oversee and coordinate all activities at a construction site. The role leads subcontractors and field resources, plans construction processes, monitors schedule and quality, completes jobsite reports, manages safety and inspections, and resolves on-site issues. Candidates need at least four years of construction experience, including two years as a superintendent in commercial or industrial construction, along with the ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules, plus demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
