Description
The Superintendent supports a General or Senior Superintendent by overseeing one or more operational areas of a construction project. The role coordinates and schedules construction crews, determines construction requirements, plans procedures, monitors schedules and budgets, reviews subcontractor recovery plans, maintains project reports, and participates in safety inspections. The position may require travel up to 100% of the time and involves indoor and outdoor work, including field travel between sites.
